Umm... I don't see where you got that title from. I did a lot of searching, and all I could find was the tentative title (GTA IV). A link would be nice.

EDIT: I've seen RUMOURS as of now, but no actual proof.

gta 1 u got 3 city's
liberty city, vice city and san andreas
think they gonna make san andreas and then go with gta 4
i dont care which 1 they gonna make, its gonna be good anyways
but still I WANT TO HAVE MULTIPLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
