You sure you did it right? say ur number was...10....1+0 =1 ok so 10-1=9. Look at the symbol for 9 then click the crystal ball....

LOL, i saw that the other day...took me like 10 seconds to figure it out, then i wrote the program in my programming class and bedazzled everyone.

It works if you know that if you do the reverse-subtract method they talk about, for ever number, it could only land on 10 possible other numbers, of 100.

For example, look at 81 (which is one of those 10 numbers). That symbol should be the one thats the answer every time.

Then after the flash is done, it randomizes the symbols again.

Ok the deal is, that you pick any 2 digit number, then add both of its digits together. Then the sum of that you subtract from the original number. And what happens? You get one of these numbers ALWAYS. 81-73-72-66-63-59-55-54-46-45-36-34-27-22-18-17-9-2-0. And since it will ALWAYS be this number, all these numbers share the same symbol. Simple. You can try it out by looking at any of the numbers above, and then the symbol will be the same.
