Duel group Europe

any1 know where i can find a duel group on Europe who organize friendly duel tournaments and all that ?

getting a bit sick of public duels where now every noob has bugged items

no problem. i dont speak german very well but i do understand it because i come from holland and dutch is not very much diferent from german. And i saw the rules where in english also so there isnt a problem MANY THX TO U JIDDAR
