i finally decided to make a necro so now any suggestions for items stats, skills, i appreciate all help

i wouldn't expect anything near that without 08 valor or shako.
unless you have +100hp/20%incr life 4 jah armor, in which case you will have lesser fcr/resist/and or skills.

..ive seen necros use that and own 2-4 other 'decennt' necros at a time, do u know what your talkin about? you only need like 35 bs which is easily achieveable, i think 75 fcr, for decent bs, 125 for godly, 20 from ammy 15 from belt 50 from wep 25 from shield 20 from gloves, if u want to use lidless.

Lower resist, even though bs isnt elemental dmg, it still increases the dmg.

Actually there's two types of necro.
The necro that's able to tank, and the necro that, well, can't tank.

For most legitly built necros, (no 08..) they can't take more than 3-5 hits anyway, tanker or not. (No dr is 1 hit kill tho.)

The tanking Necro is...Shaft, SS, 09 Shako. Max block, max DR. In that case, they have lower in vita, since they put lots of point in Dex and Str.

With that build, most necros will have around 900 - 1000 life. (Correct me if I'm wrong...)

With Maxed BS, + lower resist, the necro is good to go. (Load up on Frw tho.)

Cronic recommands "40 small 5% faster run/walk charms", along with boots (30% frw, or 40% if you use Aldur's.)
40x 5% + 40% frw - 5% (speed loss from Shaft)= 235% frw.

Effective Faster run/walk from items = (120 * total FR/W on items) / (120 + total FR/W on items) = X
Faster Run/walk from skills = Y
Total effective FR/W = X + Y

Effective Fr/w from items = ((120 * 240)/(120+240)) = 79.4%.
Y = zero.
X + Y = 79% Effective Fr/w.

Personally I'd go after 10x P/B GC with 7% Frw, and 10x 17mana/5frw SC's.

70% + 50% + 40%(boot) - 5% = 155%
Effective Frw = 67.6% frw, with 10 more skill points on BS, PN, and BA.

Keep in mind tho, Shaft, SS, Shako = slower cast rate.
Aim for 75% fcr
(50% from Wiz, 20% from Gloves, at least 5% from belt or 10-20% from Ammy.)

125% if you are doing NvN, or vs Sorc etc.
Cannot be achieved with Max DR.

I'll go on to No DR necro in the next post.

For a No DR necro.
Actually you will still have 10% DR from .09 Shako, but that's pretty much it.

You'd need about 60 in both Str and Dex.
Rest in Vita. Base energy.

For weapon, you want a hel'd Wiz spike, White wand with +3 BS for some situations.

For armor, I'd go for Shealth Mage plate, or Twitch for blocking.

For shield, Homunculus for blocking or Lidless for FCR.

Belt, Mav's for frw or some good caster belt, fcr, life, fhr.

Boots. Try to find some normal rare boots with 30% frw, fhr...Not I'm not talking about Imp Shank.
You can also consider the Cow king's for the +dex.
Or just use sander's for frw.

For rings, get 2 sojs, 2x 20 dex ravens, some +9x mana 10% cast ring, might need them for some situations.

Ammy, +2skill cast ammy. +3 bone 9x life, or Cat's eye for dex and frw.

Gloves, Trang's, Frost burn.

For charms, try and get + P/B with 12% fhr x2, + P/B with Frw, and small charms with fr/w and mana.

You won't have more than 10% DR, but playing around those gears, you can always have at least 48% FHR and 75% FCR and Max blocking.

Without Max blocking (vs necro and sorc and Foh smiter) you can have 48% FHR and 125% FCR.

75 = 10 Fpc
125 = 9 Fpc

The reason for having no DR...Well you can't tank. Even as a full DR necro you can't tank very well. (You'd depend on blocking most of the time.)

You will be using a lot of Invisible Bone spirit, and never let the zon lock you. With the run/walk speed...the necro shouldn't have a lot of problems.

and i doubt you saw a legit necro kill 4 legit necros at once unless he was pking in a low level game.

No they were all decent, and yes it was silent reaper, imo best necro on east. All spamming bs at him, he dodged, owned us all, but now since rhino is teaching me, or will be soon, i may stand somewhat of a chance.

So...necro with max block/reduce/9fpc/~35+BS/~900+life and ~80-90% effective run walk speed...hehe.

yah and for stormy 15 all resist/-15 requirement, thats better than having ber storm and 15 all resist/9 dex/str because -15 req=22 stats in this case : ) so you get a 13 stat bonus from doing that, belt bonuses don't mean as much for dr necros : /
