Ps2 V.s. Xbox

Gather around people...What do you think of PS2 and XBOX...which one is better...Specificly overall. Not only hardware aspec...but overall...tell me, and I will tell you what I think

Think about it...I read an article. It said that the GT3 has only use 25% of PS2's power...so, what console can compare with PS2 since that are steady and more game selection

they're making an entire game replicating the Yakuza missions in GTA3, but not realating it to grand theft auto. In short, i'll take gameplay over graphics any day.

In this kind of debate, I say PS2 and Xbox are both equally good. They both have good games, good graphics, etc.

personally, I stll think X-box is a poser. They copy mostly every game on PS2. GTA3 X, Metal Gear X, Genna Onimusha, and Silent Hill 2: Restless, dream!

well, the focus is mainly to the online spectrum in Q3. Twisted Metal, Final Fantasy, Phantasy Star, Halo, and the EA 2003 lineup.

I was just thinking that the game creator who make games for xbox are kinda "selling out" to there eventuall dominator because the only plan Bill Gates must have is to take over the electronic industry and wut better way to do it then with his lil gaming system...

so game developers should boycott microsoft before it turns into the computer industry where the majority of comps are useless without the little microsoft software inside it

maybe it would be better if they took the big x out of the middle and made the buttons themselves somewhat larger. Heck, the sidewinder gamepad would have made a better controller for xbox.

The problem with the XBox is that it has NO valuable developer support. First off, Microsoft is in the same boat as Sony in the fact that they can't make their own games worth squat. Nintendo has the advantage there. But, Sony has HUGE 2nd party support from Square, Eidos, etc. So, what exactly does the XBox have going for it? Nothing. Microsoft has a handful of 3rd party multi-console developers, a few unknown 2nd party companies, and a terribly powerful console that no one will ever learn how to use properly. It upsets me to see such a monstrous piece of hardware go to waste like this.

Companies like Rare, Square, and Eidos that stick almost exclusively to one system. 3rd party companies being ones that develop multi-platform games almost entirely (Acclaim, THQ, etc.).
