Computers are popular to steal.

A program calld Smart Tracer is build on the idea were your
computer send short messages of where it is located when it is
connected to internet.

When you install the program it cant be removed.

If the computer get stolen you call company and they will track
the computer, and then sending the location of it to the police.

Smart Track cost around 100US dollar for 3-years period.

I'd steal a G4 but I wouldn't steal even the fastest Compaq... those things make me cringe with pain.

They are. I myself would take any of the Apple iBooks (except those strawberry and other odd colored ones.) And any apple powerbooks. I'd also take an alienware laptop. ;) Of course I've only seen one, and low-and-behold: It was at a computer show thingy.... O_O
