vertical jump training

Can ne1 suggest ne excercises i can do for increasing my vertical jump. i'm gonna start doing calf-raises, and squats...but are there any programs i could get for free. I want to try air alert 2 but i dont have money for that so i cant get that but if ne1 could help it would be aprreciated. Thanx.

I had a website that had all the exersises and how often you need to do them. I'll try to find it.

Hes basically trying to jump higher.

Try skip rope, wall jumps.

I'll ask my brother... he use to sell methods on how to increase your vertical jump... he made like 2000$ lol.. that like like 6 years ago..
