Man this game is incredible, I jus bought it maybe 3 hours ago and have been hard pressed to jus get away from it. The game at first had me a little dismisive of calling it a great game but after the first lvl the graphics get way more intense. The game also has a great story and it doesn't interfere with the gameplay at all which is Fun as hell. It has a lot of extras too open and for those of you who think you just follow a fixed path your wrong each lvl usually has many different routes that lead too all kinds of stuff.
Also talking about the extras this game has all this little side quests that you find in the menu pandoras box that'll make the replay value very steep...
Only Complaint I have is that sega didn't dub it with english and now you have too read and try and pay attention to the video too...

Okay, I bought Orta yesterday, and OH MY GOD! This game owns all. Like Jonathan, when I first played I wasn't that impressed. But as soon as level 2 begins, the graphics get overly ridiculous. The trees, mountains, rivers, with splashing waterfalls really look amazing. The greatest aspects of the game, are the accelerating and decelerating which you MUST learn to master to advance at all throughout the game. You can also change dragon forms from the normal dragon that has mediocre fire power and maneuvering abilities, the light dragon that has amazing agility with less effective fire power, and heavy, the ridiculously huge dragon with Super Star Destroyer fire power, yet moves just as slow.
The greatest thing about this game is that it doesn't seem as if it were made to accommodate all the punk sorry ass gamers that buy strategy guides the same day the buy a new game (for shame!) This game is very challenging, and you must constantly switch dragon forms, accelerate, decelerate, berserk, shoot, dodge, and have unbelievably great reaction time to master this game. It's a must buy for your Xbox because frankly, everything else on the 'Box sucks. Buy now!
The only part of Jonathan's review that I disagree with is the voice overs. It's not as if there even should be a voice over. The characters speak in the Panzer Dragoon Universe speech. So it's meant to sound that way. Even the Japanese have no idea what they're saying, for the speech is made up.

I saw a trailer or whatever for it and it looked awsome, but since I don't have a box, I'm just giving up on it.
I'm afraid to pick it up right before I go back to school; classes start Monday. Hrm....

Nah Jonathan I wasn't saying that you were cheating. Like I said, the only thing I disagreed with was that you thought they were speaking Japanese. You know if I have something to say that I definitely wouldn't be subtle about it. I just hate people that buy brand new games, and then buy the strategy guide with it. Why buy Final Fantasy X, and the strategy guide on the same day? At least get stuck first. And even when you do get stuck in games, you're supposed to play through the difficulty, not run to a guide.
Big props for beating the game already. I'm still trying to get used to the Xbox controller, it just doesn't sit comfortably in my hand at all.
