I was wondering if anyone knew a good site where I can buy Megaman X6 and Breath of Fire 3 with out having to sign up to buy just buy it. If you know, I would appreciate it.

You'd get it cheapest by going with eBay. ;)

And check out Capcom directly for megaman x6: http://www.capcom.com/store?sku=21063 - It's $29.95, probably not the cheapest copy you can find around, but hey..

well dgessler i tried capcom before and when i click continue with purchase it shows my shopping cart empty, so im not sure whats wrong

You can buy it at ebay. That is the best place to buy stuff.
