Map Editor
Cronos has released a full and complete map editor for Warcraft 3. It gives you full control over the terrain of warcraft 3, couple this with tools like blpextractor and you will be able to make completely new maps.

Trainer
This trainer will not work at all with any game with other people. Using this cheat in a multiplayer game will get you booted with an error that kills the game.
It basicly freezes all values for how much food you have in use, how much gold you have, and how much lumber you have. No matter how many units or buildings you create your stats remain the same. Also allows unlimited pauses.

Model viewer
DarkYoda from Clan Ork has released his model viewer(Or what he has so far)
You are able to view models that are not in the game, or even some that are.
Also allows you to browse textures and it is eventually planned to have them exportable as BMP/JPG format.
