yes, but still usefull as a mofo, the downfall of it is i cannot upgrade to os 2.0 then to 3.0, but im going to get a palm 3 for 35$ from the same guy so i can get an os 3.0, and basically anything runs on an os 3.0, at least the best stuff:) but for now, i even say this is the shit!

oh baby...Not. Pocket PCs require more power and and faster proccessors to do things slower than Palms. Not to mention the various OS architechtural flaws.

Both from a programmer's perspective and a user's, the Palm is superiour. I have worked with the following: Palm III, Palm V, Palm m100 (this one has ****y hardware, avoid it and it's brother, the m105), Compaq iPaq H3600, HP Journada 540. (3 of which I own)

I own a casiopeia and i only use it as a mp3 player. It's got some killer functions and u can download some killer shit on that bitch. My friend got a sony Viao. The only advantage I see on the Palm for everyday use of the PDA is that generally speaking, Palms are might smaller and lighter. Doing Homework on a Palm is literally annoying but i find that the PocketPC can do almost anything Office program as well as the desktop, with the exception of the keyboard.

Doing Homework on a PalmPDAs are not designed for doing homework on. Also note that with a bit of practice, the Graffitti input method is at least twice as fast as hunting and pecking on a miniature keyboard on the screen. And you forgot the advantage of slower battery usage. I'm always charging my iPaq, but my Palm lasts for weeks without needing charging.
