Not my best photoshop work but it's alright (about 5 minutes work)
I don't use most of that crap, and most of the stuff I do use isn't on the desktop.

Its really not at simple as it looks :p in other words its not just filters :/ btw the symbol behind the girl is japenese for woman :p i could explain the symbol above it but i would need paper and pen :p

to everyone who doenst know how to take a screenshot of your desktop just push print screen and go into a picture viewer (photoshop, paintshop, ect.) and just paste (ctrl+v)
