Adobe Photo Shop is a good place where you can make a good sig. Thats where Jamesadin made my sig.

P.S. Some rip theirs from the internet ("borrow" other peoples'), but it is much better to make your own.

Makenshi, WetWired's are pretty easy to make, actually.

So are all of the different ones I've used.
