OK, you take your picture, (make sure it is hosted) and in the user CP-my profile-signature you put [.img]urlofsignature[./img] (dont put the periods)

You know, when explaining vB code, putting a right after the first [ works just as well as a period and results in zero confusion.

That's because you didn't do the "(don't put the periods)" part
